Ok so my last few posts have been a little whiney, I admit. So here is a positive point to focus on!! I haven't been into working out as I have stated, but I have mananged to maintain my weight loss now for over a month. I haven't gained anything back. that is something.....right?

yes, honey, that is something. plateaus happen. i encourage you to think of some way to spice things up. not that your life isn't spicy enough...but anyway.
maybe head over to the ephs track and do some laps and pace yourself. then try to go faster the next lap. soemthing like that. it can break you out of a rut and get you excited again. and perhaps awaken a bit of competitive fire. that's always a cool thing.
that's all the advice i have. not sure i'm qualified to give it...
Maintaining weight loss is ALWAYS a good thing. Congratulations and keep it up. Like The Manz said, you have to try different things when you get bored with your workout. Your body adapts rapidly, so you need to keep throwing new things at it to continue to challenge yourself physically and mentally. Go girl!
